I’m passionate about animal welfare, and the ongoing search for the best song I’ve never heard. Interests include spending time with my daughter and our cats, baseball (go Cubs), pizza, and road trips (the longer the better, as long as XM radio is included!). Some of my favorite artists are Pink Floyd, DJ Shadow, Everything But The Girl, Gary Numan, Depeche Mode, Kool Keith, Madlib, MF Doom, A Tribe Called Quest, Chris Isaak, Waylon Jennings, Cal Tjader, Freddie Hubbard, Koko Taylor, and Freddie King. I can go on and on, but you get the idea. My favorite single act is Steely Dan, and I’ve seen them live about 8 times!

There are many things I love about operating JAZCAT. What I love most are the constant unique challenges, and the reward of a job well done, shown through the elation of guests having a great time. No two events are the same, but they all make me a better DJ and service provider.
